MARCH MEETING REPORT  3/8/10  HOLDER'S COUNTRY INN  - SAN JOSE

8 MEMBERS & 1 Future Member were present.

Lots of good food and Mini talk before the meeting because I went the wrong way on 280, wound up lost in downtown San Jose and didn't arrive until 8:30.

Brief discussion of the website and what is needed to administer it. 

We are going to try to put a survey on the website about t-shirts.  If we can't figure out how to do it a few of us will make an executive decision and go with it.

Brief discussions of upcoming events:
      HAYWARD FIELD MEET 6/5 - It is posted on several websites and some clubs have been notified.  Much more   
      publicity in next few weeks.  Applications to go out early April.
      TUNE IN 4/25 - At MINI-PART in Concord.  Bring your classic Mini out for a little help in getting it ready for the
      upcoming season.   
      MINI MEET WEST 2010 - Who's going and when.
      MINI MEET WEST 2011 - It's our turn to put it on and Jon Becker & Jack Holdaway are working on a Lake
      Tahoe venue.
      SAN FRANCISCO RUN - Shawn Thornton is working on this.
